Ellie Gonsalves Has Launched a Workout Program Designed for You and Your BFF

Our obsession with Australian model and actress Ellie Gonsalves has been a long-standing thing. So when we recently discovered she was launching a new online fitness program, The Best Friend Movement, in collaboration with her IRL best friend (and trainer) Sarah, the only question we were asking was, where do we sign up?

But for those of you who might not be so familiar, this is not Ellie’s first venture into the world of health and fitness. After documenting her own transformation journey online, she has secured herself as role model for healthy living and body confidence among her 1.6 million followers. So naturally, the duo felt the #BestFriendMovement program was the next step and something their wellness-focused community would really benefit from.

Wanting to design a program that would allow other best friends to workout, and get healthy side-by-side, Ellie and Sarah have worked closely with trainers and nutritionists, as well as including learnings from their own personal fitness journeys to make this program a reality. Because of course, who better to workout with and keep you accountable than your best friend?

The program caters to all fitness levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced), by providing a step-by-step guide that incorporates a mix of cardio, strength and HIIT exercises, alongside meal plans to make reaching your personal fitness goals achievable.

Eager to know more, we caught up with Ellie ahead of the launch to talk fitness, body-confidence and healthy living. And of course, we asked her to spill the beans on everything she does to stay in SUCH good shape.
